PREPRESS

Our pre-press department works up-to 180 plates per hour with 1% screen ruling tolerance according to a continuous PSO workflow. Using state of the art hardware and software provides high-speed automated workflow system with fewer errors and reduced costs.

Kodak INSITE Prepress Portal System provides secure 24/7 Web access to KODAK PRINERGY workflow. Customers, prepress operators, and service representatives can submit jobs, track progress, collaborate on changes, and review and approve work—anywhere, anytime.

Also the pre-press service uses Heidelberg Prinect Interface, which enables automatic colour management and all colour data of the print job is shared electronically with the press section.

POST-PRESS

According our clients needs we provide one stop service all under one roof including all post-press operations such as cutting, folding, assembling, binding, saddle stitching, varnishing, lamination, cellophane, perforating, drilling, hot foil pressing. There are also a number of other post-press operations unique to screen printing including die cutting, vacuum forming, and embossing.

Our post-press is based on high end technology by Müller-Martini, Heidelberg, Wohlenberg, and MBO operated by our highly skilled craftsmen.
